Description
This is a very special Tobacco made by A/C Peterson‘s of Denmark.
A classic quality flake. The light Virginia tobaccos are matured slowly to ensure this masterpiece.
The original company, George Dobie & Son, was founded in Paisley, Scotland, in 1809 and sold in 1955.
After the company was acquired by Godfrey Phillips in 1955, production was moved from Scotland to Denmark.
A review of Dobies tobacco notes that tins were made in Denmark by A.C. Petersen the same company that made the incredible Escudo with the white painted top tin. They also made several other Four Square Tobacco’s that were out of this world. Four Square Medium Navy (Light Blue) is another exceptional example.
Very very Rare tobacco here. Might just be one of the last few in existence. A Virginia Flake Lover’s Dream. A tobacco for the special occasions that life gives us.
