It was a special release for the Washington (Pa.) Pipe Smoker’s Club. NOTE: Emperor Leopold's Special Virginia Reserve pipe tobacco was a limited-edition blend released by McClelland Tobacco, likely in the mid-1990s. It has long been discontinued and is no longer available to purchase. As a McClelland blend, it is known for a distinctive tangy aroma and flavor, often described as "ketchupy" or "vinegar-like"
