Sealed and aged 100g tin of McClelland Personal Reserve Series "Dark Star". The tin is solid and in great condition. A hard to get tobacco even when being produced taking on the term "Unicorn". I've searched the sold auctions of Dark Star here on TB and no pre-2000 DS tins. A 1995 vintage tin like this one may not come around again.
An iconic matured Virginia tobacco, considered one of the best ever by some. This tin has 36 years of age now, so it is sure to be a sublime smoke.

"Years before tinning, this rich, cool, dark broken flake begins as bright, yellow, sugary, top-grade Virginia. Triple aged, pressed and stoved, it has a seductive aroma, smoothness and depth".
