...research suggest this is from the early 1990s considering the Queens warrant,....I purchased over 17 lbs of pipe tobacco from an Estate sale in 2021 after seeing a late 1990's example of this tin (no warrant, red stamp) from an experienced seller was asking over $600 for....the better tobaccos were put away in plastic binder sleeves, stapled and marked "1/1/ 12...(Nov 1st, 2012)....I will be listing the rest over time.
