Fourteen years in its sealed jar in my (airconditioned) cellar! Observe the plume that only comes with sealed ageing. It is Gawith's best-selling premium grade flake. A Virginia/Kentucky blend, it goes through a steaming process prior to being pressed and packed by hand into a 12 inch square which is cooled and sliced into Flakes. Shipped in jar to accommodate further ageing. No combined shipping.
