A blend of the finest heirloom Red Virginias from historic Old Belt growing regions, Carolina Red Flake is Cornell & Diehl's tribute to the traditions and heritage of the old tobacco country. Honoring this legacy, 2024's edition showcases a trio of premium flue-cured varietals, including 2022 Red-Orange tips (13.53% sugar), 2019 North Carolina Reds (10% sugar), and the impressive Georgian-grown GA-JRL-19 (17.72% sugar) grade.
Combining a hay-like grassiness with naturally sweet, tangy notes, Carolina Red Flake is a minimalist blend with a complex flavor: rich, deep, and earthy with hints of dried fruits and citrus.
