Condition:
The clear layer of cellophane wrap has NOT been compromised. Some crud accumulated from decades of storage is visible on the OUTSIDE only of the clear wrap, and can be cleaned off, or will simply come away when the wrap is removed. Otherwise, factory perfect, NOS condition in every other way. Older plastic cans of this type usually remain sealed VERY well from the factory.
