Vintage Briggs Smoking Tobacco 16oz in a wooden KEG. See photos.
As far as I can tell this is still sealed but I can’t be 100% sure. One side of the tape seems like it’s pealing off of the plastic packaging holding the tobacco which is rolled up at the top under the seal. But it looks like all 16 ounces of tobacco are in tact. And dry. Very dry.
The seal says, “16 Ounces Tobacco. Act of February 26, 1926.” I can’t read what else is printed on that strip but I’ve included a photo.
I’m not really sure how old this is, but it’s old. And dry.
Inside the lid of the KEG it has a built in Aztec clay moisturizing tablet. Not in the photos.
The KEG has always been stored in a climate and temperate controlled environment. The KEG is in excellent shape with excellent markings. See photos.
