Marking the 30th anniversary of the Chicagoland Pipe Collectors Club, or CPCC, Cornell & Diehl has commemorated the occasion by releasing two special blends: 1996 and 2026, named for the inaugural year of the Chicago Pipe Show and its milestone anniversary, respectively. Each mixture pays tribute to the most popular pipe tobacco style of its era. Offered here is 1996, a rich, full-bodied blend composed of Turkish Latakia, small-leaf Oriental, and bright Virginia, presented in a 2 oz tin.
Offered here is 2026, a refined Virginia/Perique blend built on the finest red Virginia grades and paired with genuine St. James Parish Perique from 31 Farms, presented in a 2 oz tin.
