Pelican tin was purchased from Strauss tobacconist in ~May 2016 along with 2 others and Germain’s special latakia flake. The 8 oz bags of Cardiff and Brighton were purchased ~2017-2018 from cigar shops in my territory (was a rep).
All bags stored in a temperature-controlled environment, free from sunlight and away from exterior windows and walls.
