this blend, according to the Tolkien estate, this was JRR Tolkien's favorite tobacco- and I understand why!. This is a hard to find vintage (1990s era) 50 gram anchovy style tin blended by Imperial Tobacco in Liverpool UK (before switching to Orlik & then MacBaren) I purchased this in 2002 but it had been at tobacconist for several years so it's got easily 25 years age on it.
