A tobacco with all the fragrant properties of 7 Reserve, but a little more full in body was what a customer sought, and in time 3 Noggins evolved. This is a primarily Virginia blend spiced with Latakia and other Orientals.
Tin weight listed in ounces, not grams! Actual age is unknown. Tin has paper label. I acquired it in 2014.
