8 oz Aged Blending Perique, sealed in mason jars in May 2020

Includes 6 oz of Sutliffe TS20 St James Perique and 2 oz of Pipes & Cigars Blending Perique, both sealed in mason jars in May 2020.

The Sutliffe is a very long cut so it likely needs to be chopped before blending. The jar says 6.5 oz but was likely eyeballed so call it 6 oz to be safe. As you can see, there's a bit of air in the jar which might impact speed of anaerobic fermentation.

The P&C is packed pretty tight in a 4 oz mason jar. I don't know the cut, but it looks like a traditional ribbon. I have no memory of whether it is pure St. James or not, but assume it would have been marked as such by P&C if it is.

Stored in a climate-controlled home in a dark closet.
