This auction is for two tins of Murray's Mellow Mixture by Murray, Sons, and Co.
Manufactured in Northern Ireland, Belfast
As seen on the bottom of the tins, these were made for H.M Forces during the war era (1940's)
There is little to no information about these exact tins on the internet
One tin has negative pressure and one has positive pressure. The negative pressure is not a flexible top, it's as if it is sucked in with pressure. The one with positive pressure is bulging outward strongly
Each tin weighs 4 ounces so I am assuming there is 2 ounces of tobacco in each tin
This is a chance to grab the rarest Murrays tins on the market! I doubt these will be seen again in this condition
