Vintage McCLELLAND TOBACCO COMPANY - PERSONAL RESERVE SERIES (Virginias * Orientals * For The Pipe) - BRITISH WOODS Matured Ribbon Mixture (1992), in sealed tin. Factory ink stamping "902" on the underside, is believed to be for 1990. (The 9 is more faint now.)

Tin was very well kept. Although it still feels pliable, the PLASTIC LID HAS CRACKED. Minor oxidation on tin bottom, but otherwise no tin cracking, etc. Minimal shelf wear with just a few light mars on the label, and minimal rub at the contact points. A few teeny tiny little bulges on the underside as is common on these tins, and believed to be how they came from the factory ... no idea.

LID AND BOTTOM ARE BULGING OUT FROM BEAUTIFUL AGE EXPANSION!

This has always been maintained in a dry, temperature controlled home, but the exterior has been exposed to pipe tobacco smoke.
