Butera's Royal Vintage, Blended Flake Smoking Tobacco - Butera Pipe Company, Houston, Texas. Net wt. 50g - Sealed Tin. Made in U.S.A. 1993 date stamp on underside.

"A very special blend of rich, red Matured Virginias, hand selected Orientals, flue-cured North Carolina whole leaf, and for finish, short measures of moist, long-cut St. James Perique. Heavily pressed and aged in cakes, the tobaccos marry and naturally ferment. Sliced to final form, BLENDED FLAKE is a delicious combination of distinctive tobaccos, uniquely processed to give the smoker complex, spicy aromas with naturally sweet, zesty tastes and mellow-nut flavors. Tin was very well kept, with zero oxidation, rust, cracking, etc. Lid is still crisp and pliable. Minimal shelf wear with a few TEENY TINY little dings in the bottom.

This has always been maintained in a dry, temperature controlled home, but the exterior has been exposed to pipe tobacco smoke.
