DESCRIPTION: Here is an auction sale. It is a Collectible Sutliff Golden Age Smoking Mixture not Sealed Tin 1.5 oz’s Pipe Tobacco from 2015 (estimate). Golden Age combines a variety of hand-selected Virginias, chosen for their sweetness, along with a nice share of Acadian Perique to create a blend with a rich fruitiness and an undercurrent of spice. A fan says, “The Virginia is grassy, citrus, sweet, and acts as the base for the other tobaccos. The perique is more plum and raisin than pepper, always noticeable without dominating. Lightly sweeter than Dunhill Elizabethan as made by Murray's and less spicy. The nic-hit is mild, won't bite or get harsh.” The can has rust on bottom and the seal has been compromised.
