Made in U.S.A., by Sutliff Tobacco Company, Richmond, Virginia.
Originally packaged for sale in the US only, but through the wonder of TinBids (and forwarding agents), this can now be enjoyed world-wide!

Plastic "FRESHNESS SEAL" under the removable lid remains well fixed in place, but actual moisture level is of course, unknown. Plastic cans of this type usually remain sealed VERY well anyway. There are a couple rub/tears in the label.
