Mid 1960s or earlier, based on the 2-digit postal code. This is the real deal - original. Silver painted lid AND base can.

There is movement inside, but the lid is tight. Total weight with tin is 122.4 grams. This is VERY close to another one that sold at 122.0 gm, so believed to still be "factory sealed". Moisture level is unknown, of course.

Minor stock wear and speckling on the painted lid and base, with some small dents here and there. Tiny distributor's decal is still very well affixed onto the bottom of the tin.
