50g tin of Piper’s Choice TOP HAT Pipe Tobacco by McClelland from 2017. Nearly nine years of age on it.
“The original Piper’s Choice blend of premium matured and stoved Virginias liberally seasoned with the finest Louisiana Perique was created by pipe collector Steve Sten. He describes it very well: “It’s wonderful after meals and as evening aperitif for the seasoned Virginia-Perique pipe smoker… A complex, bold blend for the sophisicated pallate."
Ignore the hand written date on the bottom of the tin, that’s the date I acquired it. This tin is sealed and has always been stored in a climate and temperate controlled environment.
