Watch City Cigar Simply Red (2020) - 8oz
8 ounces of Watch City Cigar Simply Red (2020).
The tobacco was purchased in November 2020 from Watch City Cigar. I'm including a screenshot of the shipment to help prove the dates. It was split into 8oz portions and sealed into mylar which was stored in an air conditioned house. The mylar retained the moisture perfectly. The moisture level feels like the day I bought it.
I wrote down 8oz on the outside of the package and it weighs 8.7oz with the mylar. The tobacco is approximately 8oz.
From my understanding Watch City Cigar used to produce this with Sutliff leaf, which is no more. I have heard that he switched to a different supplier but haven't independently confirmed that.
Ripe Red Virginias in ribbon form cured and aged via traditional methods...simple, right?
