Sealed in the bag that came from the factory. Obviously will be a littele dry, but I squeezed it and there is still moisture in there! Meaning it's not crispy like a leaf. If you like a slightly dry smoke I think you will be very happy! If not, just moisturize it back up. (if you want.)
