Part of the Simply Elegant Series Per Jeremy Reeves, head blender at C&D: "Somewhere along the way, older tins of Red Carpet ended up listing Izmir as a component in the description, but the original handwritten recipe, which we still have, does not contain Izmir. We discovered this during the C&D-Laudisi merger and printed new labels that exclude Izmir in the tin description. There is not now, nor should there ever have been, Izmir in Red Carpet."
