These are two factory sealed tins of Fox Dorisco Mixture. They were made in Germany , most likely after 2001 (until 2009). One important clue is the wording on front of the tin:

“EU DIRECTIVE (2001/37/EC)”

That EU tobacco-labeling directive was adopted in 2001, so this particular label design is from after the directive was implemented.

The other clue can be found on the sticker on the back of the tin. 'Monjure International' was the US importer. (The tins after 2009 had different information).

I purchased these in 2012 from a collector. They have been cellared in a dark , cool room. Both seals are intacked.
