The PCCA 2000 offering was the original Jubilee blended by Bob Hamlin. It was offered again in 20086I believe and then became a McClellands staple in 2009.

This has all the requirement for a great aging tobacco including Virginias and Perique.

The 50g tin is in excellent condition.
