Description
I have decided to put up for listing an incredibly scarce 2oz tin of Player’s “No Name Tobacco” from the late 1960s to early 1970s. In the early 70s the tin design changed and moved over to a 1 3/4 oz square tin, similar to the Samuel Gawith one’s these days, as such we know it must be from before then. Fully sealed tins of No Name are very hard to obtain these days. Produced at the Player’s factory in Nottingham. No Name tobacco was a Virginia, with a small addition of Perique and a topping. Most collectable.
