Cellophane packaging is mostly all there, some tearing in spots.
Not sure on the vintage dating, nothing on the tax stamp I could make out.

A tiny amount of tobacco had shaken out over the years in the bag it was stored in so I put it in my one of my smallest bowls and had about a 5 minute smoke. I just sipped it and it really had a great aroma and still had good flavor.
