Up for auction are two vintage briar pipes that I purchased off of eBay numerous years ago. A son was selling his Dad’s pipes and I was fortunate enough to buy these two. They belonged to a Mr. Thompson and he was a WWII Air Corps veteran. I’d like to sell the pipes together so that they stay together in somebody’s collection and keep Mr. Thompson’s pipes going strong. They are Greenwich House Antique Pipes and they are classics from the golden age of pipe smoking when brands like Custombilt, Tom Howard, Marxman and many others were offering really neatly carved / rusticated pipes made in the USA.
