Beautiful Karl Eric egg shaped Freehand pipe. It is marked Hand Made In Denmark. Although it has no further markings the stamp was compared with other stamps notable as coming from Karl Eric's shop in Pipedia. It is probably from his shop but probably made by staff, not him personally. It has been smoked and cleaned and has evidence of tooth marks. There is wonderful birds' eye across the bottom of the bowl and shank with the grain coming up in flames above that. It is 6" overall 1 3/4" wide across the bowl and the chamber is 7/8" by 1 5/8". The Pipe stand is not included it is merely a photo prop. This item is offered as is.
